At the invitation of Quang Binh University, on April 2nd, 2008 Prof. DSc. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh visited and worked with lecturers, staffs and students of Quang Binh University.   After working together with Rectorate Board, he spent a lot of time to lecture and exchange with lecturers and students of Maths-Informatics Faculty on the terms of higher education in the global integrating tendency, orientations for research of computer science on the world as well as cooperative chances in training – education. His lecturing attracted the great attention of lecturers and students, helping us to have a new outlook for higher education on the world and open up orientations for science research.   Prof. DSc. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh is a native of Quang Binh homeland and  presently works as a lecturer for Wroclaw University of Technology – one of the most famous universities in Poland. He has had a great number of science works on the field of computer science published in prestigious magazines around the world and also been an editor of famous science magazines.   In the afternoon of April 5th, 2008, he had a working session with Rectorate Board to discuss on the preparation of International Workshop at Quang Binh University in April 2009. Attending the session, there were also Quang Binh provincial Post and Communication Office, candidate for doctoral degree Nguyen Huu Tinh – lecturer of Science University of Hue and  lecturers of Maths-Informatics Faculty of Quang Binh University.   Prof. DSc. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh has a great influence on the famous universities on the world. In 2007, he received lecturer Duong Trong Hai - Maths-Informatics faculty of Quang Binh University as a candidate for doctoral degree at  Inha University – South Korea. This year, he will receive more lecturers of Maths-Informatics faculty to be candidate for doctoral degree at Yeoungnam University – South Korea.   Finishing the working, he planted a tree as a souvenir at the campus of Quang Binh University.
